JANSEN® RD-700proS Tracked Dump Truck – 800 kg Payload, High Dump, and Self-Loading Bucket

The JANSEN® RD-700proS combines three practical functions in one compact transport machine: a hydrostatic drive, a hydraulic high-dump system, and a hydraulic self-loading bucket. This allows suitable materials to be picked up, transported, and then hydraulically unloaded at an elevated position.

On level ground, the maximum payload is 800 kg. Power is provided by a Loncin G420FD 4-stroke gasoline engine with 15 PS. The hydrostatic drive system allows for stepless speed control and facilitates precise maneuvering during handling, loading, and unloading.

A distinctive feature is its compact overall width of only approx. 74 cm. This allows the RD-700proS, despite its high transport capacity, to be used even through comparatively narrow access roads and in confined work areas.

Hydraulic self-loading bucket

The JANSEN® RD-700proS features a hydraulically operated self-loading bucket. It can be used to pick up suitable loose materials and then load them directly into the transport bucket.

This allows many loading and transport tasks to be carried out without having to first load the material entirely by hand or with a separate machine.

The self-loading bucket is suitable, for example, for picking up:

The bucket measures approximately 35 x 66 x 20 cm. This allows for loading, transporting, and hydraulic high-discharge operations to be combined in a single machine.

Hydraulic high-discharge with a tipping height of up to 142 cm

Another key feature is the hydraulic high-lift unloading. The bucket can not only be tilted but also hydraulically raised first.

This allows the RD-700proS to achieve a tipping height of up to approximately 142 cm. The transported material can thus be unloaded directly into suitable trailers, containers, or other target areas at a corresponding height.

The tipping angle of more than 90° ensures that the bucket is emptied as completely as possible, especially when handling suitable bulk materials such as soil or sand.

Hydrostatic Drive – Continuously Adjustable

The JANSEN® RD-700proS features a hydrostatic drive. This allows the travel speed to be continuously adjusted to the specific work situation.

The hydrostatic drive enables precise control, especially when maneuvering, picking up material, and during loading and unloading. Repeated gear changes, as required with a conventional manual transmission, are not necessary.

Despite its self-loading bucket, high-dump feature, and a payload of up to 800 kg, the RD-700proS has a total width of only approx. 740 mm.

Its compact width allows it to be used in relatively narrow driveways, through gates, and in work areas. This is advantageous, for example, when working on private properties, in gardening and landscaping, or on construction sites with limited space.

All-Terrain Tracked Undercarriage

The tracked undercarriage provides a large contact area and enhances traction on various surfaces. This allows the RD-700proS to be used even on surfaces where wheeled transport machines quickly reach their limits.

15 PS Loncin G420FD Gasoline Engine

A Loncin G420FD 4-stroke gasoline engine with 15 PS provides power for the drive train and the hydraulic system.

The engine can be conveniently started using the electric starter. A traditional recoil starter is also available. The fuel tank holds approximately 6.6 liters of regular gasoline.

Foldable Operator Platform

The RD-700proS features a sturdy operator platform with a foldable footboard. For longer transport distances, the operator can ride along on the platform.

If space is limited, the footboard can be folded away.

Delivery & Commissioning

The JANSEN® RD-700proS is well-packed in a sturdy wooden crate when delivered. You should allow approximately 3 hours for commissioning. Due to the machine’s weight, we recommend performing the work with a second person.

IMPORTANT: The hydraulic oil level must be checked before initial commissioning and, if necessary, topped off with HLP-46 hydraulic oil. The hydraulic system requires approximately 18 liters of HLP-46. Likewise, the engine oil level must be checked before initial operation and topped off with 10W40 or 15W40 engine oil if necessary.
