The JANSEN® RD-800 is a versatile crawler dumper designed for demanding transport tasks. With a payload of up to 1,000 kg on level ground, a hydraulic tipping bed, and a robust crawler undercarriage, it is ideal for gardening and landscaping, forestry, as well as construction, farm, and transport work.
The RD-800 is powered by a powerful LonCin single-cylinder, 4-stroke, OHV gasoline engine with 15 PS and a displacement of 420 cm³. The gear transmission provides a total of 6 forward and 2 reverse gears. Steering is controlled via steering brakes, and the machine is equipped with an automatic safety brake.
A particular advantage is the versatile transport bed: The side panels can be folded down or completely removed. This allows the RD-800 to also be used as a transport platform. The bed’s generous dimensions also enable the transport of suitable pallets and bulky cargo.

Up to 1,000 kg payload
On level ground, the JANSEN® RD-800 can be loaded with up to 1,000 kg. As the incline increases, the maximum payload decreases accordingly.

The load should always be adjusted to the respective terrain and gradient conditions.
Hydraulic tipping body
The RD-800 features a hydraulically forward-tipping body. This allows heavy bulk materials to be unloaded conveniently without having to lift the bed manually.
The hydraulic tipping function is particularly useful for transporting and unloading suitable materials such as sand, soil, gravel, stones, and other bulk materials.
Folding & Removable Side Walls
The JANSEN® RD-800’s transport bed is equipped with folding side walls. These can also be completely removed if necessary.
This allows the machine to be used not only as a classic tracked dumper with a closed bed, but also as a transport platform. This expands its range of applications, particularly when transporting larger or bulky items.
The exterior dimensions of the enclosed bed are approximately 1390 x 880 x 300 mm. When the side panels are removed, a flat bed measuring approximately 1320 x 820 mm is available.
Space for Pallets & Cargo
The enclosed body has interior dimensions of approximately 1315 x 815 x 300 mm, providing space for pallets and cargo within the specified dimensions.
In combination with the foldable and fully removable side panels, the RD-800 can thus be used for both bulk materials and various unitized and transport goods.
6 forward and 2 reverse gears
The RD-800’s gear transmission features a total of 6 forward gears and 2 reverse gears. This allows the driving style to be adapted to different work and terrain conditions.
Steering is controlled via steering brakes. By applying the brakes to the respective side of the track, the machine can be maneuvered accordingly. In addition, the crawler dumper features an automatic safety brake.
15 PS LonCin Gasoline Engine
Power is provided by a LonCin 1-cylinder 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with a displacement of 420 cm³ and a power output of 11.1 kW or 15 PS.
The fuel used is unleaded gasoline. The engine is started using a recoil starter.
Crawler track system for various surfaces
The robust rubber-track system with track tensioner enhances traction on various surfaces and enables the RD-800 to be used even in rough terrain.
The ground clearance is approximately 145 mm. With a total width of approximately 880 mm, the machine remains compact despite its high payload.
Foldable footboard
The JANSEN® RD-800 features a folding step. This enhances operator comfort, especially during longer trips.
When the step is not needed, it can be folded away.

Delivery & Commissioning
The JANSEN® RD-800 is delivered well-protected in a sturdy steel frame. You should plan on approximately 15 minutes for commissioning.
IMPORTANT: The hydraulic oil level must be checked before initial setup and topped off if necessary. The hydraulic system requires approximately 3 to 3.5 liters of hydraulic oil.
Likewise, the engine oil level must be checked before initial startup and topped off if necessary. The required amount of engine oil is approximately 1 liter.
