JANSEN® RD-200 Tracked Dump Truck – 500 kg Payload & Hydraulic Tipping Body
The JANSEN® RD-200 is a self-propelled tracked dump truck designed for a wide range of transport tasks. With a maximum payload of up to 500 kg on level ground, a hydraulic tipping bed, and a robust tracked undercarriage, it is suitable for transporting sand, soil, gravel, stones, and other suitable materials, among other things.
Power is provided by a Loncin 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with 9 PS. The engine is started via a recoil starter. The transmission features 3 forward gears and 1 reverse gear. The maximum travel speed is approximately 6 km/h.
A special feature of the RD-200 is the hydraulically tiltable bed with a tilt angle of over 90°. In combination with the straight discharge chute, the large tilt angle facilitates the complete unloading of suitable bulk materials. The reinforced dump bed has a wall thickness of 3 mm.
Key advantages
- Maximum payload of 500 kg on level ground
- Hydraulically tilting bed
- Bed tilt angle of over 90°
- Loncin 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with 9 PS
- Recoil starter
- 3 forward gears and 1 reverse gear
- Maximum speed of approx. 6 km/h
- Robust track undercarriage for various surfaces
- Reinforced bed with 3 mm wall thickness
- Straight, non-tapered discharge chute
- Bed dimensions of approx. 1000 x 670 x 445 mm
- Compact overall width of approx. 750 mm
Up to 500 kg payload
On level ground, the JANSEN® RD-200 can be loaded with up to 500 kg. As the incline increases, the maximum payload decreases accordingly.
- Level ground: up to 500 kg
- At an incline of approx. 17% or 10°: up to 450 kg
- At an incline of approx. 30% or 17°: up to 375 kg
The load should always be adjusted to the respective terrain, ground conditions, and incline.
Hydraulic tipping bucket with a tipping angle exceeding 90°
The JANSEN® RD-200 features a hydraulically tipping bucket. A hydraulic power unit and a hydraulic cylinder are installed on the machine for this purpose.
The bucket is raised and lowered hydraulically. The tilt angle exceeds 90°, thereby facilitating the emptying of the bucket.
Especially when working with suitable bulk materials such as sand, soil, gravel, or stones, the large tilt angle facilitates the controlled unloading of the transported material.
Reinforced hopper with 3 mm wall thickness
The RD-200’s loading hopper is manufactured in a reinforced version with 3 mm wall thickness. Its dimensions are approximately 1000 x 670 x 445 mm.
Another design feature is the straight discharge of the hopper. The hopper does not taper in the discharge area. This provides the bulk material with a straight exit path during unloading.
In combination with the tipping angle of over 90°, the hopper is thus designed for the convenient unloading of suitable bulk materials.
3 forward gears & 1 reverse gear
The self-propelled JANSEN® RD-200 features 3 forward gears and 1 reverse gear. This allows the driving style to be adapted to different transport and work situations.
The maximum speed is approximately 6 km/h.
9 PS Loncin gasoline engine
Power is provided by a Loncin 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with 9 PS. Regular gasoline is used as fuel.
The fuel tank has a capacity of approximately 3.6 liters. The engine is started using a recoil starter.
Track Undercarriage for Rough Terrain
The JANSEN® RD-200 is equipped with a robust track undercarriage. This makes the crawler dumper suitable for transport work on uneven and difficult terrain.
The ground clearance is approximately 110 mm at the front and approximately 90 mm at the rear. With a total width of approximately 750 mm, the machine also has a comparatively compact design.
It can also operate on inclines. The permissible load must be reduced accordingly based on the gradient.
Compact Dimensions
When assembled, the JANSEN® RD-200 has dimensions of approximately 1850 x 750 x 1110 mm (L x W x H, top of bed).
The front edge of the loading bed is located at a height of approximately 55 cm above the ground. Thanks to its compact design, the tracked dumper can also be used in work areas where larger transport machines have limited maneuverability.
Typical Applications
Thanks to the combination of a tracked undercarriage, a hydraulic tipping bed, and a payload of up to 500 kg, the JANSEN® RD-200 is suitable for a variety of transport tasks.
- Gardening and landscaping
- Construction sites
- Yard and property work
- Renovation and restoration work
- Transport of sand and soil
- Transport of gravel and stones
- Transport of other suitable bulk materials
- Work on uneven surfaces
