JANSEN® RD-300 Tracked Dump Truck – 500 kg Payload, 10 PS & 6+2 Gears
The JANSEN® RD-300 is a self-propelled crawler dumper and an evolution of the RD-200. Equipped with a 6:2 transmission with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears, it can transport sand, soil, gravel, rocks, and other suitable materials.
On level ground, the RD-300 can be loaded with up to 500 kg. Power is provided by a Briggs & Stratton 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with 10 PS. The maximum travel speed is approximately 6 km/h forward and approximately 2 km/h in reverse.
The dump body is tipped via a hydraulic power unit and a hydraulic cylinder. With a tipping angle of more than 90° and a straight-out dump body discharge, it is designed for rapid unloading of the transported material.

The JANSEN® RD-300 features a 6:2 transmission. A total of six forward gears and two reverse gears are available, allowing the travel speed to be adjusted to different work situations.

Hydraulic tipping body with a tilt angle of more than 90°
The RD-300’s body is raised and lowered using a hydraulic power unit and a hydraulic cylinder. The lifting and lowering process takes just a few seconds.
The tip angle of the body is more than 90°. This allows the loaded material to be tipped out a long way, making it easier to empty the body.
The reinforced hopper has a wall thickness of 3 mm and features a straight design at the discharge end. The dimensions of the loading hopper are approximately 1,000 x 670 x 445 mm.
Up to 500 kg payload
On level ground, the JANSEN® RD-300 can be loaded with up to 500 kg. As the grade increases, the maximum payload decreases accordingly.

The load should therefore always be adjusted to the respective terrain and incline conditions.
Track drive for uneven terrain
Thanks to its track drive, the RD-300 is designed for transport work on uneven terrain. The track undercarriage facilitates movement on difficult surfaces and on inclines.
10 PS Briggs & Stratton gasoline engine
The JANSEN® RD-300 is powered by a Briggs & Stratton 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with 10 PS. Regular gasoline is used as fuel. The engine is started using a recoil starter.
The fuel tank has a capacity of 3.6 liters.
