JANSEN® RD-300proS Tracked Dump Truck – High-Tipping System & Hydraulic Self-Loading Bucket
The JANSEN® RD-300proS is a self-propelled crawler dumper that combines a hydraulic high-tipping system with a hydraulic self-loading bucket. Compared to the RD-300pro, this model also features the self-loading function. This allows suitable materials to be picked up, transported, and then unloaded at an elevated position.
The RD-300proS is equipped with a 6:2 transmission with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears. Its tracked undercarriage facilitates movement on uneven, muddy, sandy, and sloped terrain. With a machine width of approx. 89 cm, the tracked dumper can also be used on relatively narrow paths and through corresponding passageways.
Power is provided by a Briggs & Stratton XR1450 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine with 9 PS and a displacement of 306 ccm. The maximum payload is 500 kg. A fold-down footboard allows the operator to ride on the machine while it is in motion.

Hydraulic Self-Loading Shovel
The hydraulic self-loading shovel expands the range of applications for the JANSEN® RD-300proS. It allows suitable materials to be picked up and loaded directly into the bucket. This enables pickup, transport, and unloading to be performed with a single machine.
The bucket measures approximately 35 x 66 x 20 cm (L x W x H) and is suitable, for example, for picking up sand, soil, gravel, stones, and other suitable bulk materials.
When used in conjunction with the hydraulic high-tilt system, the picked-up material can then be transported and unloaded at an elevated position.
Hydraulic high-tilt system with a tilt height of 142 cm
In addition to the self-loading bucket, the RD-300proS features a hydraulic high-tipping system. The bucket can be raised hydraulically and then tipped.
The specified tipping height is approx. 142 cm. This allows the transported material to be emptied directly into suitable receiving containers, trailers, or loading areas, for example.
When lowered, the front edge of the loading bed is approx. 91 cm above the ground. When the body is raised, the height of the front edge is approximately 153 cm.
The tipping angle is 90°. The hydraulic system handles the lifting and tipping of the body.
Reinforced body with straight discharge
The loading hopper of the JANSEN® RD-300proS is manufactured in a reinforced design and has a wall thickness of 3 mm.
The hopper discharge is straight rather than tapered. This facilitates the unloading of the transported bulk material.
The dimensions of the loading hopper are approximately 100 x 67 x 45 cm (L x W x H).
Up to 500 kg payload
The JANSEN® RD-300proS has a maximum payload of 500 kg. This allows it to carry and move a variety of suitable bulk and transport materials.
Due to the high-tipping system, the machine has a higher center of gravity. This must be taken into account, especially when working on sloped or uneven terrain.
6 forward and 2 reverse gears
The 6:2 transmission provides a total of six forward gears and two reverse gears. This allows the driving style to be adapted to different work and terrain conditions.
- Forward gears: 6
- Reverse gears: 2
- Steering: via steering brake
Caterpillar tracks for various surfaces
The track drive enhances the RD-300proS’s traction on a variety of surfaces. The tracked dumper is designed for work on uneven, muddy, sandy, and sloped terrain.
The ground clearance is approx. 120 mm. With a total width of approx. 89 cm, the machine remains comparatively compact despite its self-loading bucket and high-tipping system.
9 PS Briggs & Stratton XR1450 gasoline engine
The JANSEN® RD-300proS is powered by a Briggs & Stratton XR1450 4-stroke OHV gasoline engine. The engine has 9 PS and a displacement of 306 ccm.
It runs on regular gasoline. The engine is started using a recoil starter. The fuel tank has a capacity of 5.3 liters.
Foldable footboard for riding along
The JANSEN® RD-300proS is equipped with a folding footboard. This allows the operator to ride on the machine while it is in motion.
If the footboard is not needed, it can be folded away.
For various transport, loading, and unloading tasks
The combination of tracked undercarriage, hydraulic self-loading bucket, and hydraulic high-tipping system enables various work steps to be performed with a single machine. Suitable materials can be picked up, transported in the bucket, and then unloaded at an elevated position.
Suitable materials include, for example:
- Sand
- Soil
- Gravel
- Stones
- Other suitable bulk and transport materials

Delivery & Commissioning
The unit is delivered well-packaged on a wooden pallet. The self-loading bucket must still be assembled after delivery. You should allow approximately 45 minutes for final assembly and commissioning.
Due to the dimensions and weight of the components, it is recommended that assembly be performed by two people.
IMPORTANT: The hydraulic oil level must be checked before initial commissioning and, if necessary, topped off with HLP-46 hydraulic oil. Likewise, the engine oil level must be checked before initial operation and, if necessary, topped off with 10W40 or 15W40 engine oil.
