The JANSEN® PROLINE RD-1200DSK offers an effective horizontal load capacity of up to 1,200 kg. This allows even large quantities of material to be transported efficiently across the terrain.
Whether it’s soil, gravel, sand, rocks, wood, or other suitable bulk materials—the tracked dumper reduces the need for manual transport and enables a significantly more efficient flow of materials on construction sites, properties, and work areas.
The tipping bucket has a volume of approximately 0.4 m³ and measures about 1,400 × 800 × 600 mm.
Hydraulic swing-and-tilt function
A special feature of the RD-1200DSK is the hydraulic rotating and tipping bucket. This allows for particularly flexible unloading of the transported material.
Depending on the work situation, the bucket can be emptied:
- forward
- to the left
- or to the right
be emptied.
With a rotation angle of 180°, the body can be flexibly aligned. The tilt angle of up to 90° ensures that the body is emptied as completely as possible—especially for bulk materials or damp material.
This design offers a significant practical advantage, especially on tight construction sites or in areas where the vehicle does not need to be repositioned for every unloading operation.
13.5 PS Briggs & Stratton engine
The JANSEN® RD-1200DSK is powered by a high-performance Briggs & Stratton gasoline engine with 13.5 PS.
The engine reaches a speed of up to 3,600 rpm and provides the necessary power for the drive train and hydraulic functions.
The fuel used is unleaded gasoline.
All-terrain crawler track system
The robust crawler track system is one of the RD-1200DSK’s key strengths. The wide contact area of the track belts ensures good traction and stable handling on difficult terrain.
This makes the tracked dumper particularly suitable for work on:

You should allow approximately 30 minutes for commissioning.
IMPORTANT: The hydraulic oil level must be checked before initial startup and topped off if necessary. We recommend hydraulic oil with the HLP-46 classification.
